Job Description

Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Pay: $27-$28/hr

What You'll Do:

  • Manage onboarding and I-9 verification
  • Handle data entry and assist with payroll changes
  • Support HR processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Collaborate with field employees and office staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong administrative/office background (HR experience not required)
  • Comfortable with high-volume tasks and tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with UKG (Workday experience is a bonus)
  • Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus
  • Thick skin and adaptability for working with field teams
